The Pull Counter is one of the most well-known defenses in Boxing, usually deployed against a lead hand punch.
It can sometimes be confused with a slip or a step back but the Pull Counter has slight differences which makes it hugely effective and a great way to land a counter on your opponent.
However, with the Pull Counter, there are many things that you can get wrong which gives your opponent a greater chance of landing their shot, or gives you a reduced chance of landing your counter.
