Welcome to our kids Strength and Circuit Training class at Wimborne Boxing Gym, specially designed for kids aged 10-15 years who are passionate about boxing and other sports.

 

This class is the perfect way to build the strength and conditioning needed for boxing, while also supporting overall athletic performance in any sport.
