LADIES BOXING ACADEMY

 

Our Female program, over the years, has helped hundreds of Ladies get more active, meet new friends and enjoy participating in sport.

 

Our classes adopt a fun atmosphere, that will help you to learn the sport of boxing whilst increasing your confidence, self belief and overall fitness

The classes are a mix of Pad Work, Technical Drills, Fitness Drills and Circuits

Welcome to our Womens Boxing Class, designed specifically for women aged 16yrs and above who want to get fitter, learn self-defense, and make new friends! This class is all about empowering you through the boxing in a fun, supportive environment.
